I think that it is important for people to remember that it is a gradual changing of habits that allows one to live simply.  If the underlaying reasons why we accumulated and desired many possessions and large houses is not addressed then there can be no enjoyment or sustained happiness in living a more simplified life - it may seem like a hardship instead of a conscious choice</description>
